Supplied with detailed fitting instructions, quarter cut guide and all required hardware. The jerry can carrier is fitted with a number plate holder and ADR approved IP68 led lights.
A GQ Patrol rear bar designed and engineered to protect your vehicle while adding a sleek, integrated military look with competition departure angles. Designed and fabricated in Launceston, Tasmania.
Designed from the ground up to be the best rear bar available for the GQ Patrol, with unrivalled craftsmanship and only the highest quality materials and components. The entire bar is fabricated for extreme strength from precision laser cut and pressed 5mm BHP HA250 plate and is secured to the chassis with a unique 10 bolt mounting system, with integrated laser cut 20mm recovery points bolted directly to the chassis. All steel used is 100% Australian from Australian mills. The bar is coarse grit blasted and chemically cleaned to ensure ultimate adhesion of the baked zinc primer before the final matt black powder coat application. Custom powder coat colours are available.
The bar is available with single or twin carriers to suit 35 inch tyres or jerry cans and can also be supplied as a bar only without carriers. The carriers are self-opening and feature a unique latching system with USA made lockable zinc alloy latches and strikers. IP68 and ADR approved Autolamp reverse and stop/tail/indicator lights are fitted with stainless hardware. All high tensile fitting hardware and mount plates are included.
The additional cost for bars purchased with carrier stubs only will be deducted from the cost of carriers purchased at a later date.
Bar weight is 38kg plus 11/15kg per carrier.
This bar will require a rear quarter cut before fitting. This can be arranged at our workshop in Launceston.
